Now that you have accepted care and are ready to continue every visit with Dr. Lee will be tailored to you and your specific situation. The second visit is where Dr. Lee will deliver your personal Report of Findings.  This visit will last 20-30 minutes.  Because your participation will play a huge role in your care, it is required that you bring your spouse in with you upon returning for your second visit.   Having them know and understand what it is you are working towards with the doctor will help to ensure successful outcomes from your care.

 Report of Findings

Once the information is collected  and examinations are performed, Dr. Zinnette Lee will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

How can you help me?
How often do I need to come in?
What  will  my treatment  cost?

After reviewing your health history,  goals, and examining your spine and X-rays if warranted, Dr. Zinnette Lee will discuss recommendations and notify you if  your condition  requires care with other providers. 

Dr. Zinnette Lee  will  provide the best  treatment and  wellness program for your needs.

Once the Report of Findings is complete, your plan of care will begin.  The duration of all remainig visits will be from 10-15 minutes.
